Good app, only downfall is the readings don't match my smart meter device BUT it's only of by £1.50 either way maximum. EDITED***** As of April 2026 I don't receive notifications to say my meter is running low on credit no more, says OS needs to be 6.0 and up, and I'm 8.0. So be mindful and check regularly if you're pay as you go like me as getting cut off is a pain in the backside

Rubbish app, you cannot read your meter readings or know if you have top up. Utilita cut my electric off because there is a limited time on the meters they give you and now my wall monitor is not working, and now they are telling me I need new meters fitted. Two people came out to my home. And no one has helped to repair anything online or who has come out to see my meters. So I am leaving now for 14 years I have been a customer. And now I am finding a new supplier now.

I have been with you utility for at least 14 years if not more now and were brilliant slowly the way that they deal with customer's you can never get anybody on phone who knows what they are doing, I live on my own, yet I'm constantly having to use emergency credit, whereas the neighbor next door has 2 lads so 3 in hers and she has all appliances going on all day night, she's with utility same as me yet hardly use emergency credit. Never had a meter reading only when moved to utility.

Does not display electric balance and won't let us top up and now has bugged and shuts down.
