Good app, only downfall is the readings don't match my smart meter device BUT it's only of by £1.50 either way maximum. EDITED***** As of April 2026 I don't receive notifications to say my meter is running low on credit no more, says OS needs to be 6.0 and up, and I'm 8.0. So be mindful and check regularly if you're pay as you go like me as getting cut off is a pain in the backside

Very easy to use, everything is well set out, and it's simple to top up and even transfer funds from gas to electricity and vice versa, you can even save money for those colder months, loads better Utility ... that's why my 3 stars went to 5 .edit: I've been with utility for a long time now. I've been trying to get an in home display. Thanks for the response I appreciate you looking into it for me.

Does not display electric balance and won't let us top up and now has bugged and shuts down.

I am having a new gas meter fitted. But I have no problem with the electric meter, and I can't top up my electric via the app

Brilliant app, so easy to use and easy to see what energy you have been using. I have now dropped my star rating, as I moved house and took utility with me, last 7 months a nightmare, been up and down to an utility hub shop, even rung utility, my income display doesn't work, and now the app is not showing my usage only balance, I had engineer booked to come to my property, but it got cancelled as to them my meters work so can't be bothered, I am so fed up with this now.
