Very easy to use, everything is well set out, and it's simple to top up and even transfer funds from gas to electricity and vice versa, you can even save money for those colder months, loads better Utility ... that's why my 3 stars went to 5 .edit: I've been with utility for a long time now. Not receiving notifications if my gas or electric supply is running low. Have spoken to customer service many times. Can't seem to resolve this. Very annoying. I have tried all the suggestions below and still nothing works!!!!!

I have been with you utility for at least 14 years if not more now and were brilliant slowly the way that they deal with customer's you can never get anybody on phone who knows what they are doing, I live on my own, yet I'm constantly having to use emergency credit, whereas the neighbor next door has 2 lads so 3 in hers and she has all appliances going on all day night, she's with utility same as me yet hardly use emergency credit. Never had a meter reading only when moved to utility.

Rubbish app, you cannot read your meter readings or know if you have top up. Utilita cut my electric off because there is a limited time on the meters they give you and now my wall monitor is not working, and now they are telling me I need new meters fitted. Two people came out to my home. And no one has helped to repair anything online or who has come out to see my meters. So I am leaving now for 14 years I have been a customer. And now I am finding a new supplier now.
