The app has a lot of issues and breaks down every now and then it only connects to the 2nd floor of the house instead of the whole house A lot of repair is needed

Absolutely pathetic....worst experience...within a year stopped working with alexa...now they are telling to replace some controls switch becoz it is outdated (within a year)....no after sales service...plz go for other options which are much better and cheap

Please use another option if possible, there are other players in the market that offer similar products. The after sales service of VARADERO is pathetic nearly non-existent. After the last update none of the devices show up in the app. A call to them gets me a response that they are working on it but cannot give me a timeline for it to get fixed. It's the same with their hardware typically have to wait for at least a few months for some action to be taken at their end. Overpromise under deliver seems like their company policy. I may have been better off installing traditional Anchor switches. Extremely disappointed.
