I forgot my password, so I'm unable to login into my app on the phone. The recovery message never gets delivered to my phone even though it says it is sent on the app. Can anyone assist?

Very disappointed with this service. I paid for a full week, but most times when the bus gets to my junction, it’s already full, and I can’t board. There should be a way to book a seat or notify the driver someone is waiting. I’m paying but not getting the service. Please create a system to refund unused trips or transfer the money back to mobile money. This is very unfair and frustrating.

My experience of using your service this week has been rather bad! Worse than a trotro, just covered with a vile layer of surface technology! The small advantage this has over the trotro is a little bit of convenience! If nothing is done soon to improve and set yourself apart, you will never grow as a public transport provider. There isn't enough character space for me to document my grievance, but in due time others like me will take the wind from my sails. Do better! Your app is a hot mess.
