This is my final week, not renewing. Constantly wasting my drive time due to bad routing. Make sure you pay close attention when traveling in small cities, It will send you on streets you can't fit on. Constantly taking me off the highway only to put me back on - it doesn't route you around closed roads, yet it shows you on the map it's closed after getting on road. Tells you to make a turn where there's no road. I've had enough. Going to trucker path.

From 3 stars to 2. I set up routes with 1 destination and 1 or more VIA points on the way to create the proper or realistic truck route. This program insists that it will remain on what it determines is the correct route to the destination but will incorporate the VIAs by way of going to them like they are a spur, then returning to the original route that I DO NOT WANT TO FOLLOW. Then there is now the preloader when you open the favorites list. What is that all about??? It erases what you type.

Just the worst GPS app you can pay for. This thing doesn't know what routes are for trucks or what turns you can and can't make. Its gotten me into some pretty bad situations but thankfully I usually pre trip to make sure that left turn this thing is suggesting isn't actually a right exit (which actually happens often) and makes you go 20 miles out of route 😡 this kind of mistakes cannot happen when you're driving a truck, yet they happen very frequently. I'd write more, but this is the limit 🙄
