We have installed and sold hundreds of these. The app does have a few bugs and a few issues. However, once set up the hardware is solid, very few failures of the hundreds we've put in. If what you want is to measure level, get alerts, and control a pump/alarm/relay with good logic options this is the best quality affordable system on the market.

I paid the premium to activate notifications but the app does not appear on the notification of my Android

We are paying for the app subscription but the app does not work. Shows well at 100% full of 0% usage all the time. Forecast does not work. Error when loading graphs. And link to manual in app results in 404 error.

Summary: Smart water Hardware is Great. App is Awful! I have had the hardware and app for several months and the app is just plain badly done. The daily "graph" is not even a graph - it is a single point snapshot at one time of day (which you can't even pick). There is no weekly graph and the monthly graph uses a running average which means any problems in the system are hidden by the average for as long as 10 days. It does not show minimum or maximum levels due to the "snapshot" behavior.

Lots of faults in this app. The app has stopped working and gives false and totally unreliable readings. It is hopeless!

Can't read water level due to graph issue. Navigating to forecast crash the app despite having a premium subscription. Please fix it ASAP.
