We have installed and sold hundreds of these. The app does have a few bugs and a few issues. However, once set up the hardware is solid, very few failures of the hundreds we've put in. If what you want is to measure level, get alerts, and control a pump/alarm/relay with good logic options this is the best quality affordable system on the market.

Newest version hasn't been released on play store, not able to pair with this version on Android devices, works with version 1.02 on Apple.

App and system just randomly disconnected and no longer show my tank information. Not user-friendly at all as I can't figure out how to fix it even after reading the manual.
★☆☆☆☆Jacob Johnson· Jul 30, 2026
Great system but terrible app, randomly get notifications saying abnormal water usage, or I'm running out of water, when there's nothing in the stats to support this, it also never notifies when the tank is low, pretty useless unless I open it every day and look manually

Very basic app and has glitches from time to time. Twice now where my pump has started on its own without me knowing on manual mode and over filled a tank wasting water. Definitely needs improvement.

Can't read water level due to graph issue. Navigating to forecast crash the app despite having a premium subscription. Please fix it ASAP.
