The service providers of Snabbit are really well-mannered and pleasant in their approach. Whoever thought of providing these cleaning services has done a great job. At last now we Mumbaikars are free from the regular menace and harassment of Kama waali bai!

They don't want to work this is my second time experience with same staff at first time I thought that she is needy but at second the behavior was intolerable she was just constantly checking the time also she was asking for my help then why would I pay to her ? She said was constantly finding excuses in each task she at last denied many things to do as I said to clean balcony just mop it with mop brush she ignored that their staff forced to end the service even if time is left

I had been using Snabbit from a couple of months but day before yesterday I faced an issue with Snabit house help who either threw my Victorinox Vegetable and Fruit peeler into trash can or stole it. I came to know about it the next day when I had booked another House help from Snabbit and wanted to give her the peeler. It was a premium peeler, and now I don't trust Snabbit. If you are booking Snabbit house help then make sure you are monitoring the activities of the House help during the entire duration.

No good experience, they do not bring their own equipment or chemicals. And the workers don't pick up their calls. As I have just shifted I don't have any cleaning tools, and I wanted a deep clean before I get my furniture in. and when the worker picked up her call, she said "I can't come right now, please cancel," then why did you take 200rs for two hours? And the app is asking another 50rs for cancellation. This is rigged and this has to be fixed urgently. Please acknowledge.
