With 1st and last name.when visit branch system down even i visit 5 branches in jeddah the staff dont want to work u feel on reception they say system not working system down. سيئا للغايه بعد الدمج و تغيير المسمى للأسف دائما صيانه و لا يكمل العمليات انا مستخدم يومي للبرنامج من بعد تغيير المسمى الي SNB يوميا أواجه مشكله مع التطبيق توجد رساله دائمه نعتذر يوجد صيانه و في جميع الأوقات، التحويل يجب أن اكررها ٦ الي ٧ مرات لكي تقبل العمليه، عمليات السداد لا يقبل الا بعد عدة محاولات

-😡😡 If i make mistake in Saudi, than that is i open account at snb ahli, customer service is very2 poor, Once day on of my friend give me some money to transfer in ksa urgent, snb to alinma bank, after 4 days i refund my money back to account, failed transfer. Those 4 days i spent 20 riyal for call to snb help line,not only that time, i faces same problem so many time, at last i want say they are very bad guys are in the bank.
