The UI is simple and easy enough to use. There are many features that make it nice to use (e.g., pinned stations, ability to see carriage composition with amenities) Two notes. First, I think the concept of Train+ could be better explained (when/where it is / is not applicable). Second, and I can't stress this enough, please add more details to train disruption descriptions. It is quite annoying waiting 30 min+, and seeing "disruption on the tracks" as the cause.

Never had a single problem in 7 years of use. If a small issue did arise, I just had to clear the app's cache and/or log in again, and everything would go back to normal. I've never seen a better traveling app.

120 times out of 100 the app does not open. And when you finally manage to open the app you are always logged out. Always. When finally you eventually manage to log in, and buy a train ticket you cannot find it under the far away menu tab tickets. And you wonder which type of AI (hopefully not a brain) developed this app. And do not get me started on the name sncb??? Is this in any way legal in bilingual Belgium.

You cannot buy tickets without logging in. Account registration does not work, which makes the app completely useless.

Why is the app not called nmbs, or at least has nmbs in the name? Seems pretty discriminatory towards Flemish people. Very annoying if I try to find the app on my phone, and I have to remember the French name just to find it
