09/06/2025 App cannot remember my details, so I have to enter them again every time I buy a ticket. They ask a lot of (irrelevant) details. Back to paper tickets from the vending machines. Route planner still works fine. 21/11/2025 Issue still not solved. 18/06/2025 Issue solved by developers. Many thanks! This saves a lot of people time.

Edit: after update, this bug seems fixed. Between stations, it doesn't show stops anymore, it says 0 stops what is false

The UI is simple and easy enough to use. There are many features that make it nice to use (e.g., pinned stations, ability to see carriage composition with amenities) Two notes. First, I think the concept of Train+ could be better explained (when/where it is / is not applicable). Second, and I can't stress this enough, please add more details to train disruption descriptions. It is quite annoying waiting 30 min+, and seeing "disruption on the tracks" as the cause.

Not connecting, slow and not finalizing its internal steps 4 times out of 5 (internal error), and when it passes, no way to make the payment: unexpected error. Try again later. Train missed!

120 times out of 100 the app does not open. And when you finally manage to open the app you are always logged out. Always. When finally you eventually manage to log in, and buy a train ticket you cannot find it under the far away menu tab tickets. And you wonder which type of AI (hopefully not a brain) developed this app. And do not get me started on the name sncb??? Is this in any way legal in bilingual Belgium.

Edit: After train cancellation NMBS only paid back 1 half of the detour ticket, even though their policy clearly states you get both to and from tickets reimbursed in cases of cancellation. This company is just pure incompetency and can only exist because there is no competition. Not to mention their parking fees and broken terminals.
