We love our Souza, and it gives us great peace of mind when our little one sleeps. It's an awesome product. I would agree with the other reviews that the app does often disconnect which can be a bit disconcerting especially at night (however I have noticed that it disconnects less lately, so hopefully this is a bug that has been fixed of late). Would be great if the app just seamlessly ran in the background on the phone.

I like the app, but the recent update has made it impossible to change the settings of the skin temperature. The description is too long and causes the settings button to no longer be visible. Please fix this?

This app is tremendously buggy, to the point of being unusable (on Samsung S23 Ultra). The app sporadically disconnects from the Pico2 without sounding an alarm (connection lost alert is enabled). The app also, when successfully connected, sometimes gives a persistent alarm, without notification, and with nothing which should trigger an alarm, even after switching Pico2 off from the app and closing the app. The app also sometimes cannot find the Pico2 even though it is in range, and ready.

Does not work on my Samsung A23 or on my husband's Samsung S21... No used to pay so much more for the Souza Pico 2 if you cannot use the app. Absolute waste of money. Rather just buy the normal Souza hero as the Pico 2 is exactly the same without the app.

App is unstable and not very accurate. Switches off unannounced! The whole point is to have a device that monitors your child reliably, so you can sleep easy. I don't think this app (and by extension the device is reliable) is reliable.
