It is so easy to access. I live being able to book a night stay or find out what bingo payouts are for a certain day.

This app is seriously a joke, I downloaded it before my stay and if this is an indication of what my stay is going to be like then I might want to cancel my stay, I don't get why you didn't QA your app before releasing it. What's even worse than your app is support!
★☆☆☆☆Brian Callaghan· Oct 10, 2022
Well as the past 4 months of reviews state, the app won't load after asking for permission to your location data and access to your photos media. Save your time and go to the desk.
★☆☆☆☆Rob Cunningham· Nov 13, 2023
I was never able to actually use the app, as it requested access to photos & media...which I can't think of a good reason for needing this. The app will not start up without those permissions. I can't think of a logical reason that this would be a hard requirement to even use the app. Seems shady (probably isn't...but it seems that way).
