This was super handy for finding my battery levels when my Internet was down during a power outage. It is obviously meant for technicians, so I had to use Chat gpt to figure it out. As a homeowner, I wish there was a super light version of this app that didn't require so many hoops to just sanity check battery levels and status, or if the other Solar Edge app would do this without Internet. It certainly gave me some peace of mind to have this available as is, though!

This app could be better if we could remotely access the inverter without driving out to the site with just the inverter serial number sometimes a job gets finished late at night where there is no sun and instead of driving back to the next day to just commissioned the job we could do it from the office with the app which would be very nice and helpful

SolarEdge should be ashamed. My 1 year old android phone can't update the firmware-keeps disconnecting (several inverters). Service department can't tell me what settings are needed to stop this. I had to borrow an Apple device, create a login on in, and it worked first time, after 3 hours failing with android. Why can't they explain why the android isn't working? They should know, and have phone setup documents, or just fix their software/hardware. I spend more time on Set App than installing and wiring the inverter. This company sucks. Stop developing new product and make what you have work.

App used to work great. Now It's impossible to connect to the inverter to commission the system. If it's not one thing it's another with solar edge apps
