★★★★★ It works great but does not send an alert if/when your system stops making power. My power failed 04/09/2024, and I did not learn about it until I saw my meter running forward rather than backwards....now it is June 6th and the replacement inverter is working, making power, utility meter running backward, but not communicating with the SE Portal. Frustrating.

★★★★★ Great app, lots of good information provided to the owner of my Solar System, allowing comparison of performance over several months, as well as data updated constantly every few minutes. My Solar system works extremely well, since initial Installation 9 months ago. Exceeds my expectations. Great job SolarEdge.

★★★★★ I think the app is fine. I had to learn the online designer program in order to get it functional and published. Un fortunately I can not delete the un published mistakes that I tried to create with the monitor app. No delete function with in this app. They are not published but still show up in this app. No way to delete the profiles. ERR RRR.

★★☆☆☆ Paid $32000 for solar panels and a solar edge inverter. When first installed the monitoring app worked great. Then the phone carriers dropped the 3g system, and now I don't know how well my system is ! Solar edge support is worthless as it says I need my installer to check it out. That's hard to accomplish because my installer went bankrupt and is no longer in business! All I need is a 5g modem for the inverter which is still under warranty, solar edge says I have to buy it through my installer

★★☆☆☆ Cannot monitor the PV system on the APP. The communication system does not provide me with any real time energy usage or consumption. The SolarEdge support team is nonexistent.

★★☆☆☆ This app and SolarEdge app sux. They won't open, and I can NOT monitor my solar panels like they advertise and asure in their contrat.
