SolaXCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis. End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.
Description of End-user Login: After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaXCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load. At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.
Description of Agent Login: After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.

With a solax install (solar panels) this provides good current, and past usage info. Combines grid input too, but some values then need extrapolating to see solar totals. No EV so no idea of that functionality.

I had a problem begin with the app as it started calculating my earnings wrong. I contacted the service and Zack helped me with solving the problem. After I provided a few details Zack was able to fix the earnings, and they are back to normal now. The response was very quick to my inquiry and Zack was very helpful. Last 6 days import data is wrong. Like it doesn't calculate imported energy during the night.

I see a lot of improvements in the app, thanks for that. One thing which still annoys me is that I can't delete non-functional devices from the app. I had a Wi-Fi dongle, which is not working anymore, I've replaced it with a new one but can't delete old one from the app, it is grayed out but still there

My system was installed 13 Jan 26. Connecting app for real time review of system. App Wi-Fi connection has not been consistent. System 'offline' Installer questions my nbn connection which I have never had any prior issues using Wi-Fi. Again I have not been able to reconnect with system Wi-Fi to use the app for the past 3 days. I have followed all the user manual reconnection instructions with constant message "mobile phone access device is unstable" funny this is the very same mobile device used

Needs improvement. SOC is lagging actual SOC by about 10 mins. At times house cons'n equals solar input while solar fluctuates normally. Occasionally grid import occurs while solar input exceeds house cons'n. After battery install'n I had to correct the time zone. By adjusting time zone I'm left with a 2-hour gap in the chart. Should record data in UTC and adjust to local time zone for displaying. Considering this app has been out for years it is poor quality. Nice graphics, poor quality.

Didn't give accurate monthly and daily readings Sometimes daily readings are added with total and sometimes previous readings added with next month

I have Tata Solax Ingrid connection from AP DCL. Every data is showing good but "No meter" is shown. I think the app needs to fix those problems. How come no meter is showing.
