Prompts user to reconnect bank account every time. Struggles with biometric authentication (better turn it off). The only way to reliably make the app work is to wipe data and do a fresh setup for every withdrawal. Unreliable.

Terrible, terrible app. I had to take cash off quickly, so downloaded, as they worked with K Kiosk. I had to be verified for more than 200 frs. - I sent 500 frs. To the app and the 200 I took off came directly from ny card. Have to be verified for more. Except the App would keep crashing again and again and again whenever I tried to. I wrote then countless emails - unanswered. Called all their numbers multiple times - they don't work. Terrible, almost fraudulent.

Does not work with Neon! I wanted to connect my Neon ac.but there is no option to do so, even if Neon claim that we can connect our Neon ac in Sonect.
