Just upgraded my phone and my lifetime service had not transferred over properly. When I click restore purchase, it says 'no purchases'. Emailed support and initially got no response. Emailed them again today (2025) and Charles helped me out.

Update 1/6/25: Kudos to developers! It works again after the latest update. I believe that it's Sonos' rather than Nanotube's fault when it stopped working. Original review: I am a happy user until yesterday that this app stopped working with Error Code 13. 1 star to bring developer's attention. Will change to 5 star once it's working again.

Lacking basic ability to play all audio from local device. Can only select one song at a time. This small feature would make this app so much better. Everyone can then stream easily to their older Sonos products. *Edit. Creating a playlist by individually selecting tracks is not really a solution for 800+ songs.

App works perfectly fine but having moved to a new phone I was unable to restore my lifetime purchase. I have reached out to the support email but had no response.

Edit 2025: I bought this app in 2020 (lifetime), but after installing it now, the restore button doesn't work. Where is my lifetime license?? Edit: The performance seems to deteriorate with each update. Search rarely works. Nanotube is the only app to play the sound of YouTube videos on Sonos equipment. It has a free 2-day trial and costs roughly 6 Euros after that.
