It always crashes when I try to pay my installment, or when I simply open it edit: I always pay installment on the first day of the month, it gets maintenance on that day or crashes or any problem that prevents me from using the app

The app is not compatible with Android 10 devices, successfully installed the app, however once I open it, it unexpectedly closes, hence not able to use my Souhoola account.
