The app has stopped working because the latest update requires Android 11, while my device is running Android 10. Is it reasonable for the app to stop working on devices below Android 11? Please review this issue.

I have called the customer service and when I asked them for a reason for my limit request rejection the representative said there is no reason for the rejection you just got rejected with an unidentified rejection reason. At least you can inform the customer why they have been rejected

The app is not compatible with Android 10 devices, successfully installed the app, however once I open it, it unexpectedly closes, hence not able to use my Souhoola account.

The worst ever ! My app stopped working, and my android version is 14, and it IS up-to-date and when I called the customer support he told me to delete the app and reinstall it as I didn't do it 5 times before I called him, and he told me if it didn't work to call back and since then whenever I call back it rings twice and then gives me a voice mail ! What kind of hotline gives a voice mail even ?!! I regret even signing up with this service.
