Brilliant app. If you can get the words and feelings while listening to this you will notice a shift. I tried it by repeating "I don't want chocolate" for a couple of sessions. I didn't buy any chocolate for 2 weeks, which is unheard of for me.

This app works incredibly well. In just the first session, it brought up trauma that I had thought hadn't affected me, but clearly it had. For the first time in months my mind feels still and calm when I've woken up. I can't recommend this app enough. It's a strange experience but stick with it because it's an incredibly powerful tool.

You see there's no other reviews on here he is a thief do not install this does not pay for anything because if you decide to cancel this company does not respond stay away trust me I've tried four times to reach out to them to get my money back to cancel in my trial period, and you don't hear back from anyone and by the way look at it, he doesn't even say who he is he just says his name is Ed stay away from this company. I will change this review if they actually answer and give me my money back

Major trigger ! The sound being made in the first session was so eerie, and I can only describe it as traumatic that I could feel my heart rate climbing and my anxiety bubble right to the surface. Like a sound from a horror film, and all it did was make me stressed and nearly have a panic attack. There's no clinical trials to back up this app, no scientific evidence. I feel terrible after listening to this.
