Keeps turning on their sub par ANC, and it gives me a headache. I selected "Off" dozens of times, please leave it off now. Edit: The precise moment I posted this review every button combo function on my headphones changed to a new combo, probably because the app now has "AI". Let users be in control of their own settings, stop making me revert my settings several times a day. Why does your AI have more control than me? Who owns this product?

I'd love to tell you about the benefits of this app, but it will no longer allow me to access it unless I complete their survey. I don't want to complete a satisfaction survey, I want to see why my headphones aren't connecting. If you are reading this as you are thinking of buying Sound core Headphones, avoid the Liberty NC buds. They constantly drop connection, and you can only choose very low volume, nanny level volume or burst your ear drums volume. Small wonder they were always on sale.
