I love the sound core speakers and all the features. The best portable speakers around....my only issue is I just bought my third one the boom 2 plus to pair with my other 2 boom 2s, and they don't connect at all. I looked online and tried a bunch of different tutorials for party cast 1 and 2. What's weird is that I saw one video for a guy that just bought a new one and his has new cast option but my original boom 2s don't in the app. Tried reinstalling the app and no dice.

It's really handy app to manage all ur sound core devices white noice and all other things are very nice to have, but there was this problem It's not about the app but about my buds when I'm in a vehicle wearing these making weird noice like hitting drum when I turn on ANC I'll be very happy if ur going to fix this anyway #soundcore_forever

No indication for case battery level! Controller only single and double tap other ear buds contain tripple tap. The earbuds are ok but the app need more updates.

The app is becoming ridiculously heavy (645 MB for me!) and if you don't buy a new anker headphone every month, there's no reason to update it since all it does is to support a newer product and add more AI bs in each update and take more space.

Lacking integration with Google Find Hub, making it harder to track down earbuds when misplaced, even my JBL speaker has this. The app is also teetering on the edge of bloatware.

Not able to add my R50i NC device. I am using Samsung ultra 23, always fail to add the device. Not sure why. The buds can be connected to my Bluetooth but cannot use this sound core app. Please rectify
