Anker is quality, Anker is forever, Anker is Strong. Anker has never ever disappointed me! Infact I have never had a single thing from Anker to break and that's with probably 10 products some years and years old. I have tried the competition---good but Not Anker and when I needed a high-end multi-port wall charger I did my research, heavily and ended up picking the Anker Prime 160w! The app itself ranks about 80%, but the Anker Solix power dock and battery system is awesome. I have done a detailed cost benefit analysis, and it appears that the system will pay for itself in a little over 3 years. After that it's just money in the bank.

Anker SOLIX X1 system with a Time of Use (TOU) rate plan: Super Off-Peak: 12am–6am Off-Peak: 6am–3pm, 9pm–12am The system is set to ToU mode, but after the Super Off-Peak period ends, it continues to draw power from the grid instead of switching to battery usage causing manually change the mode to Self Consumption. A much-needed improvement would be a software option to: Charge the battery only during Super Off-Peak Stop charging once a set battery percentage is reached

I own 2x F3800 Plus units. The app only shows real-time power and lacks historical data. Please add hourly/daily/monthly energy analytics, including consumption (kWh), solar generation history, charge/discharge rates, and battery SOC trends. Without historical data, it's difficult to determine whether I need more battery storage or additional solar panels. This data would help users optimize their systems and make informed decisions about future Anker purchases.

I have bought Four-power banks. From anker and I would love to use the app with them, but I was so disappointed when I downloaded the app, and it was no dark-mode. Feature. Because I'm visually impaired. Any app is so hard to see. If the app adds it would really make my day am at my life a lot easier. And you also would get a 5 star with you.

I don't know what weather service they're using, but Storm Guard is always kicking in with no storm in the forecast... It just did it again. There is no storm forecasted for the next 36 hrs. Turning storm guard off. Will just have to watch the weather myself.
