Somethings are not intuitive like keeping track of each solar modules' performance. Also rebooting the device should be an option is sometimes device is stuck for no apparent reason!

I really love the Anker Solix C300 AC and the app! I have a feature request: I want to use the unit as a UPS. To extend the battery lifespan while it's constantly plugged in, could you add an option in the app to limit the maximum charge to 80% or 90%? Keeping it at 100% all the time isn't ideal for the battery. Is this something you could implement in a future update?

Anker is quality, Anker is forever, Anker is Strong. Anker has never ever disappointed me! Infact I have never had a single thing from Anker to break and that's with probably 10 products some years and years old. I have tried the competition---good but Not Anker and when I needed a high-end multi-port wall charger I did my research, heavily and ended up picking the Anker Prime 160w! I'm so excited to have a Prime product, so I can check out this cool app!! (Prime cord dost count) 😊☀️

My Anker Prime 250W charger's firmware died unexpectedly while plugged in. Now it only shows the Anker logo, and I can't control it or connect to the app. It still charges, but I'm not sure it's safe. The international seller declined compensation. Anker has no service in my hometown, Dubai, or Turkey. They just sell low-quality products and don't refund. Good strategy 🫡

I have bought Four-power banks. From anker and I would love to use the app with them, but I was so disappointed when I downloaded the app, and it was no dark-mode. Feature. Because I'm visually impaired. Any app is so hard to see. If the app adds it would really make my day am at my life a lot easier. And you also would get a 5 star with you.

The battery was great but the 200 watt solar panel was only drawing 80. My friends 100 was pulling 95.

Bare-bones app. You have to use the app to control your power station. The app lacks many of the basic functions you would expect from a solar power station management app. (Basic charging and discharge loging for a start.) Also, you have to use a smartphone to change basic settings on your power station. The options you can change are very limited as well. I should have looked into this before buying a F3000. I will not be purchasing any solix or anker product in the future.
