There's two things I need from this app: dark mode, and how to unlock all the secrets. I will say that getting my device on Wi-Fi was much more difficult than it needed to be. I'm comparing this with my experience getting my garage on Wi-Fi. It was a bit easier because it based the connection on what the device, I used to connect it, is connected to. Not having this feature made it take longer, was less reliable, but I did, at the end of it, get it connected.

I own 2x F3800 Plus units. The app only shows real-time power and lacks historical data. Please add hourly/daily/monthly energy analytics, including consumption (kWh), solar generation history, charge/discharge rates, and battery SOC trends. Without historical data, it's difficult to determine whether I need more battery storage or additional solar panels. This data would help users optimize their systems and make informed decisions about future Anker purchases.

Bare-bones app. You have to use the app to control your power station. The app lacks many of the basic functions you would expect from a solar power station management app. (Basic charging and discharge loging for a start.) Also, you have to use a smartphone to change basic settings on your power station. The options you can change are very limited as well. I should have looked into this before buying a F3000. I will not be purchasing any solix or anker product in the future.

My Anker Prime 250W charger's firmware died unexpectedly while plugged in. Now it only shows the Anker logo, and I can't control it or connect to the app. It still charges, but I'm not sure it's safe. The international seller declined compensation. Anker has no service in my hometown, Dubai, or Turkey. They just sell low-quality products and don't refund. Good strategy 🫡

I don't know what weather service they're using, but Storm Guard is always kicking in with no storm in the forecast... It just did it again. There is no storm forecasted for the next 36 hrs. Turning storm guard off. We will just have to watch the weather myself.
