This is the worst banking app I have ever seen. Zero convenience features, and it doesn't even provide you with the information you need. All other banking apps have a convenient "request payment" feature that generates a QR code for you to send, so your debtor can simply import the code and press "pay". When I'm requesting a payment, I need to copy and paste my IBAN number and type out my name and address, and then the stupid app doesn't even give the BIC/SWIFT code, I need to search for it. Sucks.

Outdated app and useless bank institution. Do yourself a favor and open an account at N26, Revolut or Wise - no monthly costs, and you get free payments. Sparkasse is a typical Slovenian bank which will overcharge you at every possible step and will not give you anything in return. The app doesn't support instant payments, NFC and lacks many other functionalities that you should demand from a modern bank.

The update brought bad things, like suggesting you spend more than you have on your account. On the home screen now you see only how much you have available BUT together with your limit granted below 0. So the number looks better on first sight, although it's not true because the bank will credit you for what you withdraw below 0. They charge you insanely high interest rates for that. Interest % for going under 0 is twice as high as ordinary credits. The reply to this comment missed the point.
