I manage a property using a CCTV security system which uses Speco cameras, and DVRs. This app allows me to remotely access the system to view status, specify cameras, initiate recording and other monitoring activities, essential to staying informed about a property without physically being on site. It allows me to contact other personnel in response to an event or problem, improving response time and mitigating property damage, or loss of life.

Super easy to use. My favorite part is the search by event because it saves time and finds what I'm looking for in seconds. I can find a license plate, a person or a vehicle by pressing 3 buttons. The best!

4 out of 5 times when I open this app, it doesn't connect to my NVR. When it connects, it works as expected. Speco should invest some money and make sure their app works 100%. When my alarm goes off in the middle of the night, I don't want to have to open and close my app 4 times to get my cameras to show up. It's 2023...unacceptable. I haven't seen an update in a long time. Keep providing updates otherwise customer will move on. I've been looking for more reliable mobile viewing alternatives.

Crashes constantly. Very frustrating. I would have installed a different system if I knew the remote viewing would be this terrible.

This app worked wonderful until an update a few months back. I've contacted Speco tech several times via email and still no solution. I wish I had chosen a better camera and NVR supplier.
