I had trouble with this app for a long time. I could not get it to access my cameras. I called the company and found out I could email for tech help. The person I worked with was extremely helpful. He helped me figure out that my problem was due to my Xfinity pod use. Once I ran a direct cat5 cable to my router the problem was solved. He also let me know there is an updated app, Speco Silver. Works great now. Jrg

This new update has improved the experience greatly. I have had no problems viewing the DVR output on my Android cellphone. Big accomplishment....kudos. However. I am still not able to get Speco Gray on my Android Chromebook and I have no idea why. Does anybody happen to know??

I have no issues with this app on my galaxy s23 ultra phone, therefore I'm trying to figure out why when I type in Speco gray on my new galaxy s26 ultra phone it takes me to Speco Silver, and it doesn't work at all. Please help this is the app that I need for my home security. I need Speco gray 😫 I don't need Speco silver.

I've had nothing but positivity with my outside cameras. So relieved to be able to see what's going on around my home. The cameras have served to deter aspects of criminal activity as well. I plan to add additional cameras in the near future.

Nvr works great however this app is trash goes offline and never comes back online PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE SPECO TECH!!!!!!!

June 21. The modification is little better than prior. On playback on mobile you cannot play back prior days and control playback as options are not displayed as they are for current day. Seems like this could be fixed and checked prior to publication. Does not stay connected. Have to keep reconnecting. No way to set up for mobile notifications. Not what expected compared to the other options. Thought would have been better than what I could have purchased at a big box store.

I have 3 systems that I installed for my family and 2 of my daughters can never see their cameras from home and my other one she unplugged it because there is always off-line showing on the cameras, and it alternates from camera to camera. I installed these because my previous experience was a good one. For a company of your size, someone should be in the field-testing, cause this is the worst.
