Comments on Spectranet Selfcare APP for Android

★★★★★ A seamless positive experience with this app. This new update has greatly improved the app. They have greatly fixed the major bugs in the app. Great UI.

★★★★★ I have used Spectra net since the days of my dongles, way back 2015. I was able to upgrade to a Wi-Fi box and since then I have had no need to change my Internet provider. Of course there are days when the network is just not as fast as a snail. I have had to change the box just once because the former one got back, but I have been lucky to grow my online video creation business with them. And I have never had a hard time with their customer care service. I guess I am just lucky or...

★★☆☆☆ The customer service is very poor. I made a complaint, they will not even answer you, be it mail or live chat.

★★☆☆☆ For the past 5 days now I can't access the app Why can't I log in to check my data balance? And the network is poor Only works at night Is that what this spectra net is all about? Night browsing alone? C'mon you guys should work on it Biko 🤲🏻 🤧

★★☆☆☆ Terrible customer service, you will recharge your account, but the money never shows, just bad generally
