Spokane Barre is the *original* barre studio to hit Spokane, WA, opening in March of 2014. We are located in downtown Spokane in the historic Globe building on Division and Main.
Our form of barre incorporates not only the traditional isometrics holds and small range of motion movements, but also full body - large range of motion movement patterns to increase the heart rate and offer more functional strengthening. We offer layers in all sections of class to increase or decrease the intensity depending on what each client is needing for that particular class.
Spokane Barre is not only an amazing exercise to help strengthen the body and mind, which is low impact/high intensity and obtainable for all fitness levels, but it is a COMMUNITY that will help strengthen you as well.
The Spokane Barre Diamond, our logo, is our brand and our backbone. Within our studio walls, we are committed to always cultivate a culture of belonging, acceptance, appreciation and awareness so that OUTSIDE our studio walls we can all be better for ourselves and for each other.
