This an extremely frustrating app. What should have taken 5 minutes took over 1 hour. The main problem with it was that it didn't explain that to successfully scan your passport you need to hold your phone up and not crossways. If you know this it is not too difficult, but I still had to turn my phone on and off again for NCP. The other problem is that after putting in my address it asked me to select from two addresses I had never heard of. Overall it is a most annoying user unfriendly app.

This app was unable to verify me and appears to apply bias... totally useless...IMHO. I have never failed an ID verification before... which normally happens within seconds...

Had to download for DBS application not very good cannot scan documents keep saying to use a NFC device which I have absolutely pointless
