I love reviews in one place for all the sites I would check before a first time visit. Super easy to connect when I have a question, tapping the phone number. Some even link to their Facebook page and loyalty points, for telling my friends where I am (I was going to tag my selfie anyway). I order from the app all the time, from a bunch of different places, and my inbox isn't cluttered with adverts from "places I might" like other third party apps.

Spoon App is great! I get notifications on the App when my favorite Spa is running specials. Now I can book appointments directly from the app amd also order food from my favorite restaurants that use there online ordering program.

Took my order, gave me rewards points, never placed the order at the restaurant. The app has no way too few current orders. This doesn't even meet my minimum requirements for a food order service.

As a new user, I am having similar issues that were described in previous reviews. Our local breakfast spot uses Spot On, and they recommend downloading the app to add my birthday to get rewards. When I try to register, I'm being told my phone number is tied to another email address. I've tried both of my emails, and I get the same error message. Do I need to have the restaurant update my email address on my profile, or can they issue a link for me to access and update my profile?

Terrible to set up. I'm 77 years old and cannot just type in mm/dd/yyyy. Instead, I had to scroll through 22 months x 76 years and 9 months. ONE MONTH at a time. Have never used or installed Spoon. I tried all 3 past and present email addresses. Each time registration halted because everything I entered my phone number an error message says "this phone number is associated with another email address. Duh..... SpotOn assumes the phone companies never reissue a telephone number. AWFUL!
