Our coaches understand your lifestyle, workout history and profile to create a unique fitness plan for you. Spur.fit’s AI fitness assessment is a short circuit workout designed to help your coach figure out your fitness level and configure the difficulty level best suited for you.

Guided workouts:
Access the personalized plan on Spur.fit with guided workouts delivered with audio and video cues to help you do it right. Your coach would also add custom comments for each exercise as per your profile.

Daily tracking and guidance from coach:
Workout reports are tracked by the coach daily to refine the plan and guide you to perform better. Alerts are auto-generated if a workout is missed to help your coach follow up and get you back on track.

Weekly one on one video calls to review & strategise:
Our coach spends time with you to review progress over last week, understand your difficulties and happy moments to design plans for the upcoming week. Discuss upcoming travel plans and any change in schedule to find the best way to stay healthy even while on a break.

Validate progress with live fitness assessment score:
Our fitness assessment modules are short (less than 3 min) circuit workouts that test your limits and generate a score for your strength, endurance and mobility. Validate your progress with regular fitness tests with Spur.fit, visualise your growth and share with friends to motivate them.

Workout with elite trainers:
Our trainers are our strength. Trainers at Spur.fit come with deep expertise in fitness and experience in coaching 100s of users before. Our pool of trainers includes international and national level sportspersons, certified coaches, martial artists and celebrity trainers.
