I've been with multiple providers over the last year. Sp usu is by FAR the best. Superfast connection, stable calls, no issues texting...and great/personal customer service. I have no intention of switching, regardless of the 1p for 6 month offers that Lebara/Lyca often offer. Reliability and speed are worth the money. (Please don't move away from EE!)

It's a great App with lots of features. Shame that I had to leave Sp usu as their network doesn't work properly with Google Pixel 8... Missed calls, texts queuing and arriving in batches.

Inadequate service I joined SPUSU because it used EE's network and as I was currently an EE customer I assumed that I would get the same level of signal strength and coverage as I was currently enjoying. How wrong I was. I have experienced multiple technical issues with SPUSU which they appear to be able to rectify and seem to have given up. I'm not impressed.

Within 1 hour my sim was blocked, and I reached out to customer service and as of today still no reply

Awful signal, terrible app. I've been with most of the networks over the years and this is by far the worst. Considering it uses EE which is excellent (and the reason I moved to Sp usu) it's clearly highly limited and speeds are severely throttled. Everywhere I go I get 1 or 2 bars of signal. And the app... designed by someone who's never built an app before perhaps? Zero functionality, have to contact customer services for everything. Avoid.
