Great quality picture. However, the method and fixing of the camera is not ideal, as it only really allows a limited variety of placement position at the window. Also, once the Velcro attachment method has been used it is not repositionable.

How the hell do I subscribe to the cloud, it takes at least 10 minutes to load cloud page after I click subscribe, then does nothing as nothing to click on to find out prices or purchase. Load of rubbish, 1 of my cameras will not recognize sd card so now absolutely useless

HUGE Disappointment !!! I had a Tech guy help me install 4 Cameras at my home for $100. Only one works but also sends me constant events that waste my time like a car driving by, im on a busy street. I cannot type English to Evil China for help. Huge Waste of my American Money !!! I'm Canceling my subscription and buying an American Camera System with HELP if I Need HELP. I'm PISSED !!!
