It works great most of the time. My biggest gripe is having to have two 'bikes' if you have a Reverb and an AXS/Transmission on the same bike.

So far the Apps work with the AXS GX derailleur and shifter. It is Lagging sometime. But I feel that SRAM need to up their game in the Apps software. Lots of complaint but no improvement.

Works great for setting micro-adjustments for my AXS eagle GX derailleur. I had trouble connecting when I tried it a couple of years ago but the android app works fine as of 12/2025. Knocking off a star because the UI could be more intuitive. I went right past the MicroAdjust setting without realizing it was selectable. Really the only reason someone would use this app is to do microadjustments. Make it a prominent button.

App is broken. I can no longer log in :(. The old version worked fine. I had 3 bikes info all stored in the app that I cannot access anymore. I was able to connect via Bluetooth saying I was offline, and it let me update the derailleur firmware that way. Derailleur on this bike draining battery 10x faster than on my other two bikes. Hope the firmware fixes that. And I hope SRAM fixes the app

Been trying to update firmware for tge last 3 hours. Tells me tge batteries are good, but then when I go to update one of the components the others fail. Don't know what's going on with rge app, but it currently SUCKS!!! Please fix it!!!!!

This ruined my derailleur. My firmware is corrupt now. The update did not update properly. I might sue Sram.

Brand-new bike running latest AXS. Go to set up the app, shows firmware updates, and the app will not push the updates. Followed online instructions. C'mon SRAM, you can do better.

Red AXS E1 - why can't I assign bonus button long press to ANT+ and short press to shifting? Seems if short press is set to shift, there's no long press option available? Why not??!
