Works great for setting micro-adjustments for my AXS eagle GX derailleur. I had trouble connecting when I tried it a couple of years ago but the android app works fine as of 12/2025. Knocking off a star because the UI could be more intuitive. I went right past the MicroAdjust setting without realizing it was selectable. Really the only reason someone would use this app is to do microadjustments. Make it a prominent button.

Ap is easy to use. I have two AXS-equipped bikes and use this app from time to time to update firmware or adjust rear derailleur. The only issue is that you need to keep re-connecting to components because of the power saving. By the time you finish updating first component the rest will be disconnected. But it's simple, just press the AXS button, and it connects to the app automatically. Otherwise, it is a great app with intuitive UI and great functionality.

Reporting on using app for updating Apex AXS shifter firmware. To begin, took a tip from helpful review and gave app unrestricted battery usage on my Samsung mobile. Yes the interface can be unintuitive and it's a little inconvenient to shake the bike to connect to components. Still, I successfully connected and updated - app did what I needed without problems. SRAM needs to work hard on usability though.

Been trying to update firmware for tge last 3 hours. Tells me tge batteries are good, but then when I go to update one of the components the others fail. Don't know what's going on with rge app, but it currently SUCKS!!! Please fix it!!!!!

App is broken. I can no longer log in :(. The old version worked fine. I had 3 bikes info all stored in the app that I cannot access anymore. I was able to connect via Bluetooth saying I was offline, and it let me update the derailleur firmware that way. Derailleur on this bike draining battery 10x faster than on my other two bikes. Hope the firmware fixes that. And I hope SRAM fixes the app

Brand-new bike running latest AXS. Go to set up the app, shows firmware updates, and the app will not push the updates. Followed online instructions. C'mon SRAM, you can do better.

Red AXS E1 - why can't I assign bonus button long press to ANT+ and short press to shifting? Seems if short press is set to shift, there's no long press option available? Why not??!

This ruined my derailleur. My firmware is corrupt now. The update did not update properly. I might sue Sram.
