Very handy tool for suspension tuning. Works well, the info it pulls up re: the fork/ shocks serial # is very useful. Even used it to confirm a used shock I was looking at would work for my wt. Even shows what "upgrades" will work. Wanna change fork travel, it'll tell the appropriate air shaft with the SKU, no guessing needed. It could use save / stable function. You have to enter the serial # every time. It only shows based on stock set up. Eg Change fork travel, settings are now off.

The spring weight it suggests for my shock is wildly inaccurate 😂 using a 3rd party calculator I came up with 370lbs spring rate. I bought a 400, and it was too stiff, so I am running a 350, and it's pretty close to achieving 20% sag. The hockshop app suggested a 600lbs spring rate hahaha

The "Tuning" option for air pressure and rebound clicks is greyed out, although the fork is correctly identified from the serial number. Galaxy S9 Android 10.

Does not work. Just loops from app to browser nonstop. It uses to work but even then it could not remember a serial number so kind of pain. Otherwise it could be a great tool if they dealt with its issues.

Doesn't work. Let me create an account and log in, added my fork and shock, and now when I log in it shows no items in the garage, and entering the serial numbers to add them again says it can't find anything with that serial number.
