I've been using this for years, so I know what it's capable of. Wish I got the 4tb drive but maybe il find one day. I transfer movies wirelessly from my phone to hard drive back n fourth. 1 movie at a time. But that's that multiple users. Mines is almost full after 3 or 4 years using consistently every day. Might be more years wasn't keeping track

First of all I use this for the ssk portable cloud drive f200. Customer support is good. And can set up properly in a distinctive way from the instruction of support team other than the instruction manual. Cloud drive within network is easy specially if you have fast internet connection because this will also be a limit on your access("2.4g:with at least 1-8mbps" vs "5g:that can maximize the 300mbps wireless speed") locally. PROBLEM is cloud remote access always failed to connect 95% of the time.

Kind of disappointed that it doesn't have a power indicator. The LED on the SSM-F200 leaves much to the imagination. I can only guess if the battery is full or empty. I guess when it doesn't turn on, the battery is drained? This software, only contains information about the storage and network, not the battery of the attached device. So disappointing... ON AN UP NOTE: I've discovered 3rd party software with a plug-in from a 4th party that supports the device as a thumb drive on my phone.

Anything LESS than ONe star? Not a Good Product, Returning it back to Amazon This Weekend. The App is useless and DoES NOT Work since I am unable to connect following the instructions... Buyer be Aware

The app will no longer let me download anything from the drive. I can upload to it and see everything on it. But when I try to download from it, it keeps saying error. I have been in contact with the company but yet no solution. So I have a useless drive that's cost me £160, and I can't download any of my photos ect. Ridiculous.
