The app is great and makes it easy to view what shifts are available, which shifts you've booked, and past shifts. Still, I wish there were improvements. There are a LOT of notifications. I wish I could block notifications for certain care homes where I do not wish to return. I wish I could mark some care homes as a "favorite" and boost notifications for shifts in those care homes. I wish we could write reviews in the app for care homes. Or at least make our own personal notes.

It would be really useful to have a link to google maps for a more acurate milage instead of 'as the crow flies'. There are far too many emails when a shift is available cluttering up my personal email, I'd rather just look at notifications on the app. When you have accepted shifts it would be better if they were logged in date order with the closest date first instead of being mixed up, so it's clear when you are working next.

Signed up last year filled all details in. I just never heard anything back at all. Customer service is non-existent. Submitted passport, certificates, proof of address, references and heard nothing for about 8 months, so I deleted the app. Redownloaded 3 months ago and resubmitted my stuff, and it's still not confirmed everything. A bit useless when you're looking for work as it says I'm ineligible to apply for roles due to no proof of ID even though It's waiting to be approved for months.
