I truly enjoy the stance and motion app, This allows me to drill certain positions without having to put all the effort into imagining each scenario. The audio reminds me of a real practice, and it has motivational quotes in between. Overall I recommend this app to any wrestler wanting to drill outside of practice.:))

It was an amazing app when I started using it. Even though it only offered 3 levels to neutral, I was fine with that. Though now offering only level 2 for neutral, it definitely bumped it down. I understand needing to make money off of it, but still. Overall, it used to be a great app, but you'd be better off going to YouTube

Creating a need for a subscription to do the level 3 stance and motion is such an unbelievably greedy maneuver that you make Mr Krabs visibly cringe.
