Set your work days and hours once. During those hours Standly nudges you to stand up at the interval you pick: every 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Outside your hours it stays quiet.
REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY ARRIVE
• The next nudge time is always on the Today screen, so you can see the reminder is set
• Nudges come back after your phone restarts or the time zone changes
• Choose silent, vibrate (two long pulses, hard to miss) or sound
• Allow "Alarms & reminders" and the hourly nudge arrives on the minute
ONE TAP FROM THE NOTIFICATION
• "I stood up" logs it without opening the app
• In a meeting? "In 15 min" snoozes just this one
• "Done for today" pauses the rest of your shift
• Focus for 1 hour when you need deep work
DESK STRETCHES IN 1 TO 3 MINUTES
9 short routines you can do in office clothes: desk reset, neck and shoulders, lower back, wrists and hands, eye break, hips and legs, walking break, posture fix and a calm-down breathing break. Every move has a timer and a clear one-line instruction, and two-sided moves time the left and right side separately. Finishing a routine counts as a stand-up.
SEE HOW MUCH YOU MOVED
• A ring for today: stand-ups vs. your daily goal
• Today's timeline: which hours you got up and which you missed
• Weekly bars, daily average, best streak and your longest sit today
• A 4-week calendar to spot your busiest days
FITS REAL WORK SCHEDULES
• Pick any work days
• Night shifts that end the next morning
• Skip the 12:00 to 13:00 lunch hour
HOME SCREEN WIDGET
See today's count and the next nudge, and tap "I stood up" right from your home screen.
No account. Your schedule and history stay on your phone. Works for office workers, people who work from home, students and anyone who sits for long hours.
Standly is a general wellness reminder, not a medical device. Stop any stretch that hurts.
