Been with Star One over 55 yrs. The last 25+ from Oregon. The website and app make it easy! Have multiple accts and types of accounts. Managed an estate distribution to 4 parties, 3 out-of-state and 2 non-members - all handled through Star One. Also conducted 2 real estate transactions, one in and one out-of-state, through Star One. Star One will remain my primary banking institution!

Star One is a great credit union, and their app is outstanding as well. I live out of state, and travel frequently. The app is a game changer with respect to maintaining control over my accounts.

After the latest update, I tried to log in, and it says the user ID is invalid. So I submitted a request to get the user ID, and it's exactly the same as what I was trying to use. So now my account is locked because it says my user ID is invalid and yet, their system confirms that I'm entering the correct user ID.

So frustrating. Never remembers my password. Never "remembers my device". Has Archaic non industry standard security questions about public information for most people. Do not use. The top reviews are pure AI spam

The older app works fine, but this latest version is not compatible with my older phone. Hey developers! Please STOP "upgrading" apps to only be compatible with newer versions of operating systems.

Buggy. Can't display more than 30 days history. Sometimes you have to scroll in to get a payment to submit.

Bill Pay is still mangled. This is the only feature that really needs to work since web-based Bill Pay still depends on reduced cookies security.
