The older app works fine, but this latest version is not compatible with my older phone. Hey developers! Please STOP "upgrading" apps to only be compatible with newer versions of operating systems.

Still really, really like. So frustrating. Never remembers my password. Never "remembers my device". Has Archaic non industry standard security questions about public information for most people. Do not use. The top reviews are pure AI spam

Bill Pay is still mangled. This is the only feature that really needs to work since web-based Bill Pay still depends on reduced cookies security.

After the latest update, I tried to log in, and it says the user ID is invalid. So I submitted a request to get the user ID, and it's exactly the same as what I was trying to use. So now my account is locked because it says my user ID is invalid and yet, their system confirms that I'm entering the correct user ID.
