Can't even log in to the App! Apparently my ref does not match the system. Think it could do with a bit of revising!

The app is awful. I go into the make a payment option, fill in all the required details and make a payment, it then asks me to authorize the payment with my banking app. I do so but then the app goes back to the home page, so you can't tell if your payment has been made! Bank says I've paid, the app says otherwise!! Now I'm £400+ down in my account, with my rent not being paid!! Just bloody awful!! Has this app even had the slightest bit of testing before release???
