Hi, guys! I think you did an excellent work! The app is very useful and I also like that fact that it's for University of Toronto. But there is a big flaw in the app! My keyboard is not appearing in places where I need to type the answer. So I can not finish the survey about vaping. I tried several times, but it just doesn't work.

Can't get as far as using the app as it won't let me type in the text boxes to answer questions about my age and how much I spend. On the surface, this app showed promise, but a rookie UI error killed it :/

Tried to use this, I like that it is a research project. However, I was unable to complete the initial survey, as the fields that require typed responses are inaccessible.

I can't even get passed the survey part because there are empty boxes that have to be filled out, once I push on them the keyboard never pops up so I can't answer question that have to be answered.
