Extremely shady business practices. Didn't get my double rewards when it was double rewards' week, only some valid purchases credit and after bringing these items to their attention with proof, instead of fixing the problem and paying what I earned, they ignore Update: gave it a second try during double rewards Labor Day event. Pending amount does not accurately reflect double rewards. Customer support hasn't responded after 3 weeks.

Used to have nothing but good words until ebay purchase tracking started to error, currently have 3 pending amounts of $0.00... email was sent out saying this would be resolved, well only thing I've noticed is ebay is now gone from stormx completely, all the other stores are useless to me, also kept getting tesco shoved in my face but the cashback rate shown was for toys, lower % for "free from" foods, nothing for regular shopping, app is now useless for me with ebay removal. Please return it.

HORRIBLE. I have tried to use this app to buy products for the last month it doesn't work. It says it's activated I make my purchase, and it says it'll get the receipt for me. Then couple days later or says that it couldn't get my order I have to upload. It won't let you upload digital receipts and when you try to email customer service no reply not even an email saying they got your message. I tried to claim for 5 purchases. A none went through no worked. App is a waste of time other than stakin
