★★☆☆☆ Very useless app. Recently used the Staraitpay application for a transaction, and while the overall experience was satisfactory, I was disappointed by their refund policy. Unlike many other payment platforms, Staraitpay charges a fee for refund transactions. This unexpected charge left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. As a customer, I expect transparency and fairness in transaction processes. Being charged a fee for a refund undermines the trust I have in Staraitpay.
