The update caused havoc, and I wasn't able to get in the app at all. I then cleared my data and cache and was able to proceed like normal. I sent my findings to the developers who came back with feedback to me very quickly.

"Five stars for STTS! I used to be a Meter Mate customer but had constant issues there. I’ve had my new meters since late November and the experience has been night and day. Buying tokens through my bank app is seamless. When I got stuck with the app login code, their 24/7 chat support fixed it instantly. Thank you for the amazing support!"

EDIT: Usage statistics and patterns now visible. A way to export data to .csv or google sheets as well as fingerprint log in would be great! Post 1: I cannot see usage statistics and consumption patterns

App keeps crashing, doesn't even open. Call center can't offer no help just tell you to keep deleting and reinstalling.
