Why is ear training important?
Ear training is important for you as an audio engineer or musician because it helps you develop your ability to accurately identify and interpret sounds. This is essential when it comes to creating high-quality music, as it allows you to adjust and manipulate the sound to achieve your desired result.
For example, an audio engineer who has strong ear training skills can accurately identify and adjust frequencies (EQ) and compression settings to ensure that the final mix sounds balanced and polished. Similarly, a musician with good ear training skills can accurately tune their instrument, identify and replicate melodies and harmonies, and improvise and jam with other musicians.
Overall, ear training is important because it helps you develop the ability to hear and interpret sound, which is a crucial skill in both the technical and creative aspects of music production. It allows you to be more effective and efficient in your work and ultimately helps to improve the quality of the music you produce.

★★★★★
The fix the parameters section has numbers and words overlapping, and I wish
we could adjust the attack, threshold, and ratio. I would pay for the year, but I'm wondering if it has a year worth of material.
★★★★★
Love the app but when I try and subscribe 10 or so connection error screens come up when I know I'm on my working Wi-Fi and it's the only app having issues. Please fix, so I can get back to practice!!! App so great training the ear is so important, and they do it so effectively using real terminology

Pretty dope all in one learning tool for training your ears!
★★☆☆☆
I think it might be able to train the right person, but I found this interface offensively awful. It seems designed by coked up frat boys. There is tremendous confusion in the colors, sometimes showing changes for frequency, sometimes for user feedback, sometimes?? Something else. But worst of all is the trainer ape who is supposed to be encouraging participation: he can call you either, master, prince, or princess. So creepy!
★★☆☆☆
Both the frequency identification and 3 channel mix units are extremely distorted in many cases making it impossible to use. Compressor setting identification had a very confusing ui. Reverb effect identification was okay. Would be nice to alter the additional parameters rather than have them fixed. I wouldn't use rhythmic identification, but it's a nice addition. I commend the developer, but work in these areas would be needed in order for me to subscribe, particularly the distortion.
