If you can't connect to your sub anymore, usually on later Android versions, follow the subwoofer firmware upgrade instructions on the Elac website. My S12EQ had the same problem; did the upgrade and all works well now with the Sub Control 2.0 app.

This app does have issues but updating the firmware is easy if you do it right. Make sure you download the latest firmware from elac website. Make sure the thumb drive you are using is in the FAT 32 format this is the most important step! After trial and error FAT 32 is the format your drive needs to be in, in order for the update to work.

Will not connect any more this sub is a total waste of money only way use it is through app Well what about when app don't connect then left with a brick. Updated firmware used old phone old version android still don't work. Tried android 10 still don't work turned sub for 5min still don't work. Reset the sub still don't work, I'm going get in touch with trading standards its not made for the purpose the sub meant to be for disgusting really.

Doesn't pair after first connection This app is broken because after the first time connecting your can't pair anymore. Since this is the only way to configure the device it limits me to what I can do. Unacceptable!!
