I'd this negative stars if I could & customer service is horrific (having spent my life in that line of work) I 2 hours into my "free trial" when I get a call from my bank, this company put THREE charges through on my acct. Totally nearly 100.00. I emailed them asking for a full refund on all 3 charges. They responded, refunding the 2 smaller charges but the charge of over $60 they just ignore. I email them back & I get email that completely IGNORES the money owed. STILL FIGHTING. DON'T GET THIS!

Doesn't show all apps. An makes you do all the work. Will try and get you a refund after you have cancelled your subscription. Otherwise does nothing.

Dear Subplot, you sent me alerts stating that you cancelled my subscriptions to various apps that were still charging me money, but I haven't received a refund!!!! You have all of my bank account information, so it is simple... give me my refund from all the accounts you have cancelled. I'm done talking, and I have given you every chance to get my refund, but you refuse, so let's let the legal heads figure it out. You have lawyers right?...so do I. I'll let them figure this out, I'm done!

I wish to cancel my Trial subscription effective this date (today) 6/9/26.It's not really a 'trial' subscription since there's no option available to cancel. After signing up for the 'trial' I see I will be charged a monthly charge, and it's done nothing of what it claimed. I'm saving all records of emails, responses from your company and subscript I nfo until this matter is resolved.
