Improve the following functions. 1. There is only mm:ss in video player. Add milliseconds also in time stamp for video player, so that subtitles can be created with time accuracy. 2. After writing one subtitle, video doesn't play again, change the position of playing/pause button, so that video can be played again and again to write next subtitles. 3. Starting time (From) of every next/forthcoming subtitle should be 'End time of previous subtitle' by default.

It doesn't even work. It loads the subtitle file and then freezes. Doesn't recognize other languages and the letters show like weird squares with question marks. And you can't check if you can make the app recognize them because it's frozen. It doesn't simply work. At all.
