The app has been getting better, bit by bit, w most updates. My biggest gripe... They need to have a "Cash Payment" option for in-store pick-up. If you're scared, secure the order with a CC, and allow cash at time of pick-up.! I get the reasoning behind the policy, but... Are ppl still making crank phone calls, & placing fake orders for 25 pizzas in 2023...? Domino's is one of the few offering the "Cash Payment" option (for years), and I'm sure they would've stopped, if it was losing $ .!!!

I love subway, but hate this app! It almost always requires an update. And, it's super slow. Sometimes it won't even fully open. So, I get to see the online coupons that I can't use when I'm forced to just into the dang store.... and stand in a line six people deep with only one sandwich maker/ cashier.

Unhappy customer. This app is easy to use, but I'm very Unhappy that it allowed to me to check out using a FLBOGO subs today and then canceled my order. Didn't even cancel my order asap but not until it was going to be delivered. Because the app allowed this coupon to go through they should have honored it and fixed their app. How is this my problem. Not only the extra cost but extra waiting time.

I never have a problem with the food at subway, but this app is the worst. It will only take payment like 25% of the time. I refuse to go purchase it in the store, if the app won't accept my payment then I find something else to eat. And no it isn't a problem with my card, it doesn't work when I try to use gpay.
