We have android phone, and it won't let me get the app. We love subway and used to have the app then updated and said my device no longer works what can we do? We miss out on the specials that they send by email but because I don't have the app I can't get the deals at the restaurant and my husband and I are 74 and don't do online we like to go in and sit down and eat. We just got a buy one, get one free footling sub in an email but because we don't have the app we couldn't get it please help.

Tried to add double meat to BMT sub, the option pops up, and you have to select the meats, but it will only allow adding 2 (the + is there to add the third but won't allow input) and won't let you continue without adding 3. Otherwise, seems to work ok.

Updated. Don't use app. Got $50 gift card and lost $25 due to app stealing my money. I put buy one, get 1 free. And it showed me only one sub price. But when I got the receipt, it was for both. Worst app ever. Again it sent my order to the wrong store. It's my fault, but the app is not smart enough to use location. They won't even refund it. I tried to use the new AI, and it won't connect. You would think a company like this can make a decent app.

This app literally doesn't work any more I do not understand why they would remove the sign in option I have an account, but it won't let me sign in only sign up, and I can't sign up again cus it sees my phone number and recognizes it as being g part of a profile

Cannot select Canada as my country, so I cannot place an order through the app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and do not see a separate Canadian app. Please get this fixed.

Periodically ill try to order a sub. I get the error "your order can not be completed. If it continues contact support" clearly subway needs to put a ban on vibe coding if the developers aren't going to review properly. Doesn't work on ios either
