Great app for tracking workouts and progress for CrossFit! Easy to use. Would be great if you could set goals e.g. for barbell PRs.

Sugared has been a great way to see what the Workout is planned for the day and keep track of your lifts.

I love this app! It's been so helpful in tracking not only my workouts, but the weights I lift, so I know what a certain percentage of an exercise is. That's very helpful to me as a Cross Fitter. I love the fact Sugared takes all the math out of it too, because math is NOT my strong suit! I do wish they'd add more dumbbell moves and a way to show RX+ workouts, but that's a minor nitpick. Very pleased with this app overall, however, and will continue to use it as long as it meets my needs.

Easy to use. I can see our planned WOD before I get to the gym. I can log my barbell records for future comparisons.

The updates are so annoying. Stop updating the app? I don't care about the changes. All I want to do is check the workouts for my gym and not be bombarded with update changes.
★☆☆☆☆Amanda Simcox· Apr 24, 2026
App worked great until the latest update. Now nothing will populate under Benchmarks and I have no way of viewing my times for any of these workouts. Also dislike that the Barbell lifts is no longer on the main screen, now there are extra steps to access it.
★☆☆☆☆Steve Benson· Sep 30, 2025
Can no longer see my weight % on the prepare screen for each individual workout. Have had this functionality for the past 1.5 years, and now it's gone. Why? This was incredibly useful, now I have to leave the whiteboard and go into my profile and view it under barbell PR's. Not convenient when you're scrambling in the middle of a workout.
