Since the recent "upgrade" my financial life has become chaos. No longer being able to seamlessly transfer $ from my DBA to my personal acct has caused numerous overdrafts, multiple in person stops to Sun mark that have been highly inconvenient. Manually moving $ is a pain. Having to now log in to each account separately AND no longer being able to simply transfer from DBA to personal has me thinking about moving to another financial institution. Before this upgrade, I would have given 5 stars.

I used this for years without problem, today I tried logging in as usual. The app prompted me to change password. I entered old password, new password and retyped password and got no errors but then the 'change password' box greyed out, so I cannot go forward. I uninstalled app and reinstalled. Got same error of the greyed box. This is on Android version 15, pixel 9 pro. I'll have to try on computer.

After the new app rollout, it's completely unreliable at BEST. I check my balance 2+ times a day BECAUSE I need to know my balance to not overdraft. I budget. I'm aware of my expenses. But now it's a gamble as to when this app will want to reflect the ACTUAL balance. Only $0.00 entries under pending until the vibe/AI coded app wants to fill in the values. This was the last straw with SFCU after many others. My family will most likely be withdrawing all savings and funds to go elsewhere.

This is the most infuriating bank. If I didn't need them for my car loan I would cancel. Good luck paying a credit card with an external bank, because you can't. The only card I have that does not let you electronically pay outside their bank.
