This is an excellent and very reliable superannuation agency. I can not think of moving away from Russell Investment Superannuation. Rather, I would like to convince friends and relatives to also join this agency.

Used to work but now says authentication failed. Have removed and reinstalled app. Same username and password works on the website. Previously app didn't do all much. Really only used to check balance.

Can confirm what all the others have said about what a pathetic excuse of an app this is. Almost all the features are "Temporarily unavailable" (for as long as I can remember) and now the app has gone into a loop while logging in and locked me out of the account. One of the worst apps I've ever used. Will be switching to another fund that has functioning IT services.

Worst app I have ever used, seems like it's down more than not. When is up, would have to be the is the slowest app I have ever used. Website is not much better.

The app does not show a break-down in monthly or yearly earnings. It is very Slow to load. I cannot even access my account just because I forget my over the phone password. They told me to write a letter to change it. Stupid and ridiculous!

1.4.3 and it doesn't work. Login and watch the wagon wheel for 5 mins. Need an option for zero stars.
