We’re also delivering much more than just your balance or latest investment returns, and while Super Tracker is the name of the App, GoalTracker is the name of the solution we’ve designed to help you set and achieve your goals for the future. It’s personalised super – built around you.
Our GoalTracker solution is unique, and the only super offering that: 1. Helps you to build a personalised goal – by working out how much money you’ll need to pay for the lifestyle you want in retirement 2. Tracks your progress along the way 3. Takes care of the hard stuff like having the right investment strategy at the right time, based on your personal circumstances

Alot of glitches have been fixed and app is more stable. However, still not the best CX e.g. there are no charts to shpw evolution of returns over time.

This is an excellent and very reliable superannuation agency. I can not think of moving away from Russell Investment Superannuation. Rather, I would like to convince friends and relatives to also join this agency.

Used to work but now says authentication failed. Have removed and reinstalled app. Same username and password works on the website. Previously app didn't do all much. Really only used to check balance.

The app does not show a break-down in monthly or yearly earnings. It is very Slow to load. I cannot even access my account just because I forget my over the phone password. They told me to write a letter to change it. Stupid and ridiculous!

Can confirm what all the others have said about what a pathetic excuse of an app this is. Almost all the features are "Temporarily unavailable" (for as long as I can remember) and now the app has gone into a loop while logging in and locked me out of the account. One of the worst apps I've ever used. Will be switching to another fund that has functioning IT services.
