Love the design of this app. BUT, I just watched the instruction video for High Bar Back Squat and your knees go inwards when you push from the bottom of your squat. Don't die on us with that bad form bro! We need more of these better training apps like this!

I really like this app. The visuals are great and the auto rest timer is amazing. It's nice to not have to think about my workout exercises as well as the sets/reps. But noticed a couple of things: it doesn't locally save incremental progress on a workout upon closing the app and coming back. I had to restart it entirely and press through everything again. There isn't a way to edit the weight numbers during a set (I don't have fractional plates) if you want a tester, I am happy to do so.

Currently, no way of cancelling your subscription. Third party payment methods are prohibited on gplay. Don't recommend at all. Ps fix your email in terms and conditions

NO UNSUBSCRIBE OPTION!! There were numerous messages left in the app's tech support forums by various ppl asking for assistance on the matter with no replies over 12+ months. I received none myself and I even emailed Gabriel. The app is user-friendly and provides basic program templates. But my experience with trying to unsubscribe and literally receiving no tech support just makes this app seem very dodgy.
